Executive skills (or executive functions) are the processes our brain employs to get stuff done. And these days students are expected to do a LOT- especially as they transition to middle school. Beth will work with your 5th or 6th grader to develop personalized strategies that build confidence and get things DONE. 

Once you’ve received the formal diagnosis, the next step for you and your child is understanding exactly what ADHD is and isn’t. Through her signature programs, Beth offers personalized workshops for both you and your child to learn more about the fascinating world of the ADHD brain.
