A week-long, small group class for rising middle schoolers with ADHD offered in July and August— just in time for back-to-school!

Executive functioning is incredibly personal. In this one-week bootcamp, students will learn what executive functioning actually is, how ADHD impacts it, and what we can do when our prefrontal cortex just doesn’t show up when we need it to. Students will head to middle school armed with personalized strategies to help them start the year with confidence. Topics covered include: organization, time management, task initiation, regulation and self-advocacy.
